Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

- Marketing information, such as campaign source, ad interactions, communication preferences, and engagement with our emails or content.
We may combine information collected from different sources when permitted by law.
How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, schedule a meeting, communicate with us, or engage our services. We may collect information automatically through cookies and similar technologies. We may also receive information from service providers and business platforms, including LinkedIn, HubSpot, Calendly, analytics providers, advertising partners, and publicly available professional sources.
How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to questions, schedule meetings, and provide requested information;
- evaluate potential engagements and provide our services;
- manage client and business relationships;
- send relevant communications and marketing, subject to your choices;
- understand website and campaign performance and improve our services;
- maintain security, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot technical issues;
- comply with law and protect our rights, safety, and property; and
- carry out other purposes disclosed when information is collected or with your consent.
How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to vendors that support our business, such as website hosting, customer relationship management, scheduling, email, analytics, advertising, professional services, and security providers. These may include LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Calendly, depending on your interaction with us.
We may also disclose information when required by law; to protect rights, safety, and security; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets; or at your direction or with your consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define certain analytics or advertising disclosures as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Where those laws apply, you may have the right to opt out as described below.
Cookies, analytics & advertising
Our website and service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to keep the site operating, remember preferences, measure traffic and conversions, and understand the effectiveness of LinkedIn or other campaigns.
You can adjust cookie settings through your browser and use platform-level advertising controls. Blocking some technologies may affect site functionality. Where required, we will honor applicable consent and browser-based opt-out preference requirements.
Your choices & privacy rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing email by using the link in the message or contacting us. You may also control certain cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through the relevant platform.
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; to opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; to limit certain sensitive-information uses; or to appeal a decision.
To submit a request, email kim@insightreviq.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain business records, fulfill contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or compliance requirements. Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of information and the reason it was collected.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use caution when sending information electronically.
Healthcare data & protected health information
Please do not send protected health information (“PHI”), patient records, or other sensitive clinical information through our public website, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, Calendly, or general email.
If an engagement requires Insight Rev IQ to handle PHI on behalf of a covered entity or business associate, that information will be governed by the applicable service agreement, business associate agreement, and approved secure methods—not solely by this Privacy Policy. This policy is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can address it.
International visitors
Insight Rev IQ is based in the United States. If you access our website from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.
